How to Filter & Sort for Volunteer Opportunities
What does "Filter & Sort" Mean?
- The Filter & Sort function allows you (the volunteer) to search for specific opportunities that peek your interest and fall under your specific expertise, skillset, and/or area of responsibility. This function is used by typing in keywords or by searching by date, location, section/region, or activity type. If seeking a specific opportunity, type in your keyword(s) in the search field between quotations ("), and the search will return a condensed list of your filtered (quoted) criteria.
- To navigate to the Search Page from the Volunteer Hub Home Page, hover over Volunteer on the navigation bar, and then click on Find A Volunteer Opportunity from the dropdown.
You can search for opportunities by Keyword Search, Location, Date Range, Section/Region, and/or Activity Type. See screenshot below.
