How to Express Interest for Volunteer Opportunities
What does "Express Interest" Mean?
- Express Interest allows you (the volunteer) to inform CASBO that you are interested in volunteering for a particular volunteer opportunity through a click of a button. Notification is then sent to the Opportunity Leader, and they will contact you directly to confirm details and next steps or follow-up about your participation status. All specific details are worked out between you and the Opportunity Leader.
Steps to Express Interest for a Volunteer Opportunity:
- Sign-in to CASBO Volunteer Hub (same login as member portal)
- Hover over Volunteer
- Click on Find A Volunteer Opportunity
- Find an Opportunity of interest by using the Filter & Sort option
- Click on the title of the opportunity
- Review the Opportunity Details
- If interested, complete the steps listed under the Selection Process
- Scroll down and click on Express Interest (Pictured below)
- Wait to hear back from the Opportunity Leader
These opportunities do not have a schedule - so you are only able to express interest.
