Registration, cancellation, and refund terms differ for each CASBO event, workshop, certification, or SBU program. Refer to the registration page for specific details, deadlines, and fees.

REGISTRATION
CASBO event, workshop, certification, or SBU registrations must be paid in full by the stated registration deadline to receive program materials and be granted entry. Open sales orders that remain unpaid after the registration deadline will be voided and considered a no-show.


REGISTRATION SUBSTITUTIONS
Person-to-person event and workshop registration substitutions are allowed within the same district and must be requested by the deadline, as specified on the registration page.
Registration substitutions are not permitted after the stated deadline.
Registration substitutions are not permitted for digital content.


EVENT NAME BADGES
Official conference name badges are tickets to CASBO sessions, exhibits, and special events based on registration type. Name badge sharing or swapping is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in cancellation without refund and expulsion of all parties from the event.


REGISTRATION TRANSFERS
Workshop-to-workshop registration transfers are allowed if the workshops are the same price and take place within the same fiscal year (July 1–June 30). Registration transfers must be requested by the stated deadline.
Workshop registration transfers are not permitted if the workshops are not the same price, even if the requested workshop costs less than the original registration.
Registration transfers are not permitted for CASBO annual events, including but not limited to the Annual Conference, CBO Symposium, Executive Leadership Forum, and Women in Leadership events.


CANCELLATION
CASBO event or workshop cancellations must be requested by the stated cancellation deadline via the Cancellation Form. A processing fee applies to all cancellations, as specified on the registration page.
Refunds are not available for cancellations requested after the stated deadline.


EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES
Late cancellations due to unforeseen medical emergencies, serious illness, severe weather, government-imposed travel restrictions, or other extenuating circumstances may qualify for a full refund (minus a $45 processing fee), subject to verification. Requests of this nature must be submitted in writing via the Cancellation Form.


CONTENT AND MATERIAL SHARING
All registrants are prohibited from sharing, distributing, or reproducing intellectual property provided by CASBO. Such content includes but is not limited to presentations, documents, exam items, videos, and audio recordings. This content is the intellectual property of CASBO and is intended solely for personal and non-commercial use by registered program participants.


PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Check
  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • ACH
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay
Payments returned due to insufficient funds will be subject to a $25 processing fee.


REFUNDS
For live online and in-person workshops and events, no refunds will be issued for no-shows or for cancellations made after the cancellation deadline, as specified on the registration page.


Refunds are not available for certification or recertification fees.
Refunds are not available for digital content that has been accessed.
