View/Pay Sales Orders

  • Log into casbo.org and click Member Profile at the top of the page. 
  • In your profile, from the left column choose My Orders  
    • Company Orders show sales orders that are directly attached to the company/district. These include membership renewals.
    • For Company Orders you must be the Primary Contact for the Account
  • Under Open Orders, locate your order and click the checkbox next to it. To save the order directly to your device, click the download icon to automatically save the PDF to your device. 
    • If you are not seeing the order you are looking for, check that the date range includes the dates of the order in question.



      

To View more information:

  • Click the > symbol on the order line you would like to view and a new view will come up.
  • Click on either the Order# or the Receipt# to view a pdf of the full order or receipt in a new tab.




To make a payment:

  • Click the Pay button to be redirected to the checkout page.
  • Select your payment method:



    • Credit card
    • US bank account - log into your bank and pay via ACH (Note: ACH payments can take up to 4 days to process and may delay your registration)
    • Google Pay & Apple Pay - If set up in your browser, you will see it as a payment option
    • Proforma Invoice - This will send a pdf copy of the sales order (invoice) to the email you designate.
  • Enter your payment information and click Process Payment


  • Optional: If you prefer to mail a check payment, please send it with a copy of your order to CASBO at the address printed on the order. Registrations will not be confirmed until payment has been received.


  • To save payment methods, such as, credit card or bank ACH information, go to your My Profile and select My Payment Methods and click + New Payment Method. These saved payment methods will show up when you select your form of payment in the checkout process.



If the sales order is not listed under your 'My Orders' you can contact membership@casbo.org to have the order updated and put under your contact record.


Please note: Purchase orders are not an accepted form of payment, however, if your process requires the order number to be included on the invoice, please submit your PO to purchaseorders@casbo.org.
