Primary Contact Explained

The Primary Contact for the Account (company or district), is the main contact for all account sales orders. They are the only ones who have the ability to view and pay account sales orders from their CASBO member profile under Company Orders and receive all direct email communications for the account. 

Primary contacts also receive the membership renewal orders annually.
