Creating an online member profile

Anyone can create a member profile on casbo.org and all employees of a company with a current active membership will automatically receive member benefits.



To create your online account:

  • Click Create an Account in the upper right corner of casbo.org


  • On the login page, click Not a member?
  • Enter your work email address and click Verify Email.
    • Note: This will be your CASBO username
    • You should see your company/employer name filled in – either select Add to confirm your company or I don’t have a company
      • Fill in your name and password, then select Submit.
      • Once you have created your account, go to Member Profile and fill in additional information
  • If you get an error message that says that email is already in our system you already have an account.
    • Go back and select Login and enter your email address.
    • Try whatever password you remember; if the password does not work select the Forgot Password option and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
    • Reset your password, then go to Member Profile and update the rest of your profile information.


If you don’t receive an email link, or if you cannot update your employer information, please contact Membership@casbo.org.


**Your online profile is immediately active upon creation and syncs with our database live
