What Does a Pulsing Red Dot Indicate?

There may be times that you notice a pulsing red dot throughout the CASBO SBU platform.

These dots are helper indicators, signaling one of the following:

• A new feature release
• How-to documentation
• Helpful tips

These are typically placed to draw your attention to a new action on the site such as a new button or tab. Simply click the red dot to view the help text.

To Interact with the Helper Indicator:

• Click the red dot to open a helper indicator
  
• Click the Side Bar icon to view the helper indicator in your side bar
• Click the X icon to close the help indicator
  
  
  

Note: Most helper indicators are set as a one-time use. This means once you interact with it, the red dot will be removed.
